I just got the Lane Master Twin Tournament Edition Bowling Arcade from IN THE NEW AGE, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! The quality is top-notch, and the customer support was fantastic. They were super helpful, answering all my queries and giving me the info I needed to feel good about my choice. Setting it up was a breeze, and the gameplay feels super realistic. I've had a blast playing it with my friends and family. If you're in the market for a solid arcade game, I can't recommend IN THE NEW AGE enough. They've got an awesome selection and stellar customer service.

We placed an order for a ROCKOLA vinyl 45 jukebox back in January 2022, and it just showed up last week. Initially, we were told it would take about 5 or 6 months, but with all the supply chain issues and high demand, I suppose it took a bit longer. But man, it really is a stunner!

I got the Polycade Base for my bar. It includes the currency acceptor, coin acceptor, and credit card reader. Honestly, it’s everything they said it would be and then some. Plus, it came with 50 complimentary games. Jimmy from the new age company hooked me up with those as a freebie.

For my 50th birthday, my family chose to give me a new age arcade pedestal as a surprise. It took a bit to get the hang of scrolling through around 5,000 games, but it was all good. Much appreciated!

At last, after nearly a year, my Rock Ola jukebox arrived. Initially, we were informed it would take around 6 months, depending on the supply chain situation. After making the purchase, we stumbled upon some reviews where folks mentioned they were still waiting for theirs. However, after chatting with James from the company, he clarified why the shipping times were longer than expected. We are totally happy with the jukebox and the team at this company.

A couple of weeks back, my Skillshot virtual pinball arrived, and we had it set up and playing in under half an hour. It's a fantastic pinball machine. Much appreciated! 😊

I truly have the highest regard for the team at ITNA. I bought one of their video pinball machines, and it was set up and brought into my basement on 11/22/2022, perfectly timed for our Thanksgiving gathering. Much appreciated!

I wanted to take a moment to talk about my experience with ITNA and the item I bought. We got ourselves a pinball machine called Future Pinball 6000, and honestly, the only issue we faced was pretty minor. It arrived sporting the Future Pin 6000 logo, but we were hoping for an all-black look. So, I reached out to the company, and they were really nice about it, saying that the decal could be easily peeled off. It took me about 10 minutes, and it was gone without a hitch. My wife and I, being high school sweethearts, find that this pinball machine has taken us back to our younger days, with classics like MS Pacman, Street Fighters, and tons of other awesome pinball games.

First off, I gotta say, the Alice slot machine I got totally impressed me with its awesomeness.

There were a few minor issues once it showed up, but the support team was fantastic and guided me on fixing everything, even over the weekend. I can’t recommend this company enough; they really back up their products and make sure you’re happy every step of the way.

Listen up, folks, here's my take. Rather than shelling out thousands for a secondhand racing game on eBay, grab yourself the Racing arcade driving machine. It comes loaded with 129 games, including Exotica, Daytona USA, NASCAR 2,000, Pole Position, Pole Position 2, Virtua Racing, and Mario Kart. It's an awesome game!

A day prior to the delivery of my arcade and pinball machines, the white-glove service reached out to me. They unboxed everything, took out all the packing materials, and carefully brought the two machines into my walk-out basement. For the most part, the machines were pretty much ready to go right away. Awesome company, fantastic service, and top-notch products!

The massage device I bought doesn't work on the upper back whatsoever. Returning it costs extra. Nowadays, there are plenty of lightweight options, but this one is so hefty that I can't help but think they made it that way to discourage returns. It only fits in a really big chair and is quite oversized, cumbersome, and heavy. I really dislike this product.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the package and took the game out was that the plastic screen wasn’t put on. I had to take care of that myself. Then, just a few hours later, the sticker you see started peeling off. They were too cheap to actually paint the images, so they went with decals that had terrible adhesive. This game is way overpriced and definitely not worth the cash. I wouldn’t suggest buying this item.
